Is your little one a little too...little? Are you expecting or planning for the future?  We are dedicated to being here this year, next year, and beyond. Please use the forms linked below to express your interest in joining Open Center in the future. By submitting this form, you will receive an invitation to our Open House event (held in October). While we do consider date of initial inquiry in the admissions process, please note that your submission to this form does not guarantee a spot. 

We currently enroll children each September, starting at age 2 years and 3 months. For example, if your child turns 2 years 3 months after September 1st, you should plan for enrollment in the following September.
